Clients are requested to wear clothing that is free from zips (eg. cycling shorts/tops/shorts that have zips at the back), as these can tear the vinyl on the equipment. We ask customers to wear socks at all times and please bring a clean pair of socks to use just for the class. Please refrain from using lotions, moisturisers or heavy make up before your class that might leave a stain on the equipment.
In order to offer you the best service, Pilates Hub London has to remain strict on the cancellation policy. We always try to do our best to offer you a top notch experience, and this is the one area where we ask our customers to commit to.
Monday to Friday group classes have a 24 hour cancellation policy.
Saturday classes have a 48 hours cancellation policy.
We appreciate your understanding on this matter.
Classes cancelled within the due notice will be automatically credited back to the bundle used.
When no bundle is used, a single class pass will be credited to the user's account in the booking system.
Cancellation outside the due notice will not be refunded/rescheduled.
How to cancel: Please use the online booking system to cancel group sessions. If you paid for a private session direct please email us to organise the cancellation and reschedule.
Private sessions have a 24 hour cancellation policy.
All bundles have an expiration date, which varies depending on the type of package. The expiration will start at point of purchase.
Single class pass : valid for 6 weeks from the cancellation date.
Beginners intro offer is valid for 4 weeks from date of purchase.
6 class bundle is valid for 7 weeks from date of purchase.
10 class bundle is valid for 15 weeks from date of purchase.
Before purchasing a block of classes, please check first that you can use the classes up within the time frame as we are unable to offer refunds or reschedule unused classes. Bundles validity cannot be overrun.
In respect of all passes, no refunds will be given.
In exceptional circumstances such as change of Pilates Hub London circumstances, critical medical health condition or forced relocation, a refund may be considered and will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
Refund will not include administrative fee.
Refunds are strictly not payable also in the following circumstances:
• Client changes her/his mind before using the pass
• The purchased session block has not been completed
• A class needs to be cancelled by the teacher due to severe external conditions. An alternative appointment will be available.
All payments are non transferrable.
Please don't bring food or drinks other than water in the studio.
Inform your teacher as soon as possible of any recent injury or illness.
Please refrain from partaking in a class if you are unwell.
Turn off your phone/Smart watch.
please refrain from spraying deodorant or perfume in the studio.
Immediately inform the teacher about any discomfort you might experience during the session.
Please arrive no earlier or later than 5 minutes before your class start time.
